Refund Policy
- 1. Refunds can only be issued if the subscription/license key has not been activated or used for technical reasons, and its within the first 3 days of purchasing the subscription/license key.
- 2. Subscriptions can only ever be exchanged for subscriptions of the equal or lower value when you made a mistake at the time of purchase and have not yet activated the service.
- 3. Subscriptions cannot be upgraded/downgraded to other subscriptions of any value.
